PomWind Stole the Mojo received a Best Puppy In Group under breeder Judge Joan Beech at the Lloydminster show! We are very happy with this showy little girl. She is now a CKC Champion at 10 months of age. We will grow her out now and in the mean time search for her perfect mate. We will be excited to see what magic she can produce!

3 HOMEBRED CHAMPS AT POMWIND!
We are proud to announce PomWind has produced 3 more Canadian Champion Dogs! PomWinds Wait A Minute-Minnie, PomWinds Going For The Gusto-Gus and PomWind Stole The Mojo-Mojo are all now CKC Champs. Minnie finished at the Saskatoon show Sept 2009, Gus strutted his way to his Championship in Lloydminster Sept 2009 and Mojo had a great weekend in Camrose Oct 2009! We are very proud of our show dogs, we hope you enjoy their pictures on the following pages.

PomWind has decided to have a Parti!
PomWind has added an orange and white parti girl to the mix. She is a very sweet girl with energy to burn. I am finding it very true that parti’s are the athlete’s and brains of the breed. See her picture and pedigree on the Girls page.

New Champion and BPIS!
April 17, 2009 our boy Amos won a Group 4 and BPIG at the Edmonton Kennel Club Show! We thank judge Linda Saranchuk!
April 18, 2009 Amos won a BB, BW and BEST PUPPY IN SHOW at the Edmonton Kennel Club show! Amos was put up in Puppy Group by judge Rosemary Shoreman and then won the Best Puppy In Show under judge Dr. Alvin Krause! Many Thanks to the judges that saw value in our now Canadian Champion PomWinds Ohso Famous-Amos! See pics on the Champion page.

A Quick Overview of the New Site
Hello and welcome to the brand new PomWind Pomeranian’s website. In this short article I will just quickly explain the website and how it all works.
This new website has been created as a “blog-style” website. What does that mean? It means that anyone from PomWind (Laureen or Kristin) can update you on exactly what’s happening over at PomWind. Right on the main page (the “home” page) you will see all the most recent information. Everytime the site is updated on the home page it is called a “post”. On each post it will say who it was that posted the update and when they did so. You can feel free to “comment” on anything that is posted. This allows for a more open browsing experience.
At the top of the page you will see the navigation buttons. (Home, Our Boys, Etc). Click on those links to browse the content within. All images on the site are displayed in “thumbnail” versions. When you click on the image, it will open up in a small floater window which will allow you to see a larger size of the image without navigating you away from the page to are on. If you click on the right or left of the image, it will browse to the next image in line.
At the bottom of the home page you will see a section called “Categories”. I’ll quickly explain this. When the website is updated with a new post, categories can be assigned to each post. So for example, if the site was updated telling you about a recent litter of pups that were born. A category of “New pups” could be assigned to that post. So now if you come to the site looking for anything regarding New Pups, you could click on the “New Pups” category at the bottom of the page and it will list any post ever written in regards to “New Pups”. It makes it very easy to find exactly the information you are looking for.
